Trekking

Slowly with only her determination guiding her, Akela padded quietly along a cliff ledge after a rabbit that had somehow managed to survive. The blizzard matted her black coat with white crystals of snow, so she could nearly blend in with her surroundings. The small rabbit lay down and Akela silently pounced on it, twisting it's neck with her sharp teeth and gobbling it down quickly, she was happy but her hunger was still ravenous.
